We have designed our site so that you can visit and browse without identifying yourself. We do not track visitors to our site as they access other sites. We collect personally identifying data about you, such as your name, address, and e-mail address, only when you provide it to us voluntarily. We use cookies and web beacons to improve our site.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers listed below, who use it to operate the site, process and store orders and payments, send emails you have requested, and measure site traffic. These services may place cookies on your computer.

  • Squarespace, which we use to host and operate heathens.community, including our forms and email signups.

  • Squarespace collections, which we use to operate our community forum, where submissions may be made under an alias and an email address is optional. Anything you post to the forum may be publicly visible; we encourage the use of an alias and recommend you not include identifying details in submissions.

  • Fourthwall, which we use to operate the HEATHENS Store, process payments as merchant of record, and fulfill orders.

  • PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay, which are available as payment options through the store.

  • Squarespace forms, which we use to collect screening requests and community signups, with aliases accepted and email optional where noted.

  • Squarespace email campaigns and Fourthwall newsletter tools, which we use to send email updates.

  • Squarespace Analytics, which we use to measure site traffic.

We require HTTPS on our site and communicate with internal and external services using HTTPS exclusively.

Remember that no data transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide us with this data at your own risk. Our servers are located in the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S., by sending us your data you consent to its transfer to and storage within the United States.

If you would like your personal information removed from our systems, email us at privacy@paleblue.film, and we will delete it.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and will not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under 13.
